After your order has passed through our secure payment provider PayPal an automated confirmation email from PayPal will be forwarded to you. If you do not receive this order confirmation you have probably entered an incorrect email address. Please contact us by email and will we forward you a copy of your order.

A confirmation email will be sent to you on the same day your order is despatched.

All UK orders are sent via 'Royal Mail 1st Class' so please allow around 1-3 days from the date you receive your dispatch confirmation.

Payment is only taken from your Credit or Debit card via PayPal secure servers on the day your order is placed. Alternatively you can post your payment, in the form of a cheque/postal order/bankers draft to us. Orders paid for in this way will take longer to deliver as we have to wait for cleared funds before dispatch.

Should you experience any technical problems whilst using the website then please contact us by email and we will do all we can to resolve your query.

If you wish to change or cancel an order then please contact us by email as soon as possible. It would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:

• Order Reference
• Date of order
• Items ordered

If your order has already been sent, you will have to return it to us within 14 days of delivery (see our returns section for further details on our returns policy).
