Standard Delivery Times
Deluxe Sheepskins take on average two weeks to dispatch and Standard Sheepskins are usually dispatched within 4 working days. Our sheepskin rugs are usually dispatched the next working day.
Out of Stock Items
If, at point of ordering, any item is currently out of stock, we will notify you via email to inform you of the estimated delivery time.
Safety Information
Our sheepskins are 100% natural and are guaranteed baby safe. All our sheepskins are free of heavy metals and non-toxic dyes are used in our coloured sheepskins. They are also all machine washable.
Product Descriptions
Products are described as accurately as possible but colours, designs, sizes and materials may occasionally vary from those illustrated. Please note that with dappled sheepskins they bear the markings of the sheep so each one is completely unique and some variation in the finished item may occur.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact us immediately if your order has arrived damaged. We will refund or replace damaged products if they are returned within 14 days of purchase, unused and in their original packaging. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Standard Sheepskin Pushchair Liner or Nursery Rug
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Standard Pramz Liner or Nursery Rugz you can return it to us provided it has not been used. You need to return the sheepskin in its original packaging within 14 days of the date you received the item. We would suggest returning the product by recorded delivery so that you cam make sure it arrives safety. Following receipt of the item we will then issue a refund for the price you paid for the item (return delivery costs are payable by the customer).

These customised sheepskins are made to order and we will only issue a refund by agreement.
